IT Junior Project Manager

We are Bato — a full-cycle web design & development agency.
 

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help build outstanding digital solutions for clients worldwide.

We work with clients from various countries as a reliable partner and count on your skills to keep delivering high-quality results and grow together.
 

What you'll do:

• Manage multiple web projects in parallel
• Plan and organize tasks
• Hold Scrum meetings and video calls with teams and clients
• Communicate in writing and maintain documentation
• Create specs for devs and designers based on client requirements
• Work with client-provided technical documentation
• Track time, team productivity, and stay within budget
   

You’re a fit if you have:

• English & Ukrainian (both written and spoken) — B2 or higher
• Experience with GitLab, Trello, Notion, Slack (or similar)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum
• Knowledge of web dev & UI/UX processes
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Ability to foresee issues, risks, and spot opportunities
• French is a plus
