We are seeking an experienced Product Data Analyst to join our product team supporting our HRM software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be analysing structured data from multiple sources to uncover valuable insights related to customer behaviour, feature adoption, and product investment ROI. You will play a crucial role in informing our product strategy, enhancing customer success initiatives, and identifying opportunities to drive increased lifetime value (LTV) from our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer adoption and usage data across our software product to identify usage patterns indicative of high-LTV customers, increase the success rate of onboarding and establish health metrics for customers.
- Perform detailed analysis to measure and report on the return on investment (ROI) of product enhancements and feature rollouts.
- Collaborate closely with the product management and customer success teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders across the business.
- Identify trends and proactively highlight opportunities for product improvement and customer engagement based on data analysis.
- Establish and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure the reliability of insights generated.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role, ideally within a SaaS or software product company.
- English B2 - must have.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large structured datasets and data warehouses such as BigQuery.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Experience with product analytics solutions such as MixPanel, Amplitude, Pendo or Posthog.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to draw clear insights from complex data sets.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, customer success, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts and analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience analysing customer adoption and product usage patterns to identify drivers of customer value and retention.
- Knowledge or experience within the HR technology or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with statistical programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytical projects.
Location: Ukraine/Europe.
