What you’ll do

Participation in video slots projects from concept to release, design games that stands out in the

market and drive steady GGR/LTV growth.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and formalize slot concepts: theme, core loop, feature set (free spins, bonus buy, hold-&-spin, jackpots, crash mechanics, etc.) tailored to target audiences and regions.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis (Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, BTG, Hacksaw, etc.), create teardown reports, and justify which ideas to adapt or enhance.
  • Develop and maintain GDD/TDD: clear requirements for art, dev, and QA teams, feature prioritization, MVP scope.
  • Together with mathematicians, define target RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and max win; ensure compliance with regulators (MGA, UKGC, etc.) and responsible-gaming guidelines.
  • Evaluate business potential: forecast GGR, LTV, ROI for features and craft data-driven product hypotheses.
  • Coordinate the cross-functional team (art, code, math, QA): synchronize roadmaps, run product reviews, and make key decisions.
  • After release, analyze KPIs (Bet size, Session length, Retention, GGR/NGR) and initiate improvements based on data and player feedback.
     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in RMG or F2P slot development as a game designer, producer, or product manager.
  • Deep understanding of slot mechanics, certification requirements, and

responsible-gaming practices.

  • Ability to translate analytics and business goals into precise feature and UX requirements.
  • Proven experience preparing full design docs and guiding a product through all SDLC stages.
  • Strong competitive-analysis and product-analytics skills.
  • Ukrainian or Russian/English B2 or higher (industry communication and documentation).

     

Nice to have:

  • A released slot with GGR > $1 M within the first 90 days.
  • Leverage generative-AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to rapidly produce high-impact visual concepts and collages that clearly communicate slot themes, feature flows, and mood boards to the team.
