We grow U.S. brands using TikTok β not through traditional ads, but through organic content, influencer collabs, and affiliate/arbitrage strategies.
What Youβll Do
- Build and run TikTok marketing strategies (organic + paid/arbitrage).
- Work with influencers and traffic partners to launch affiliate offers.
- Create and test TikTok videos, hooks, and creatives.
- Launch and analyze affiliate campaigns (views, CTR, sales, CPA).
- Follow TikTok trends and use them to your advantage.
Who Weβre Looking For
- Experience with TikTok (organic and/or affiliate traffic).
- Understanding of TikTok algorithm, trends, and formats.
- Able to create or guide short-form video content.
- English level: B2+ or higher.
- Self-starter who loves testing and scaling traffic.
