Upwok Lead Generation Specialist

We are Betlace, an outsourcing company based in Ukraine. Since 2019, we've been delivering full-cycle development services — from prototyping and UI design to front-end and back-end development, maintenance, and support. Our friendly and professional team is passionate about building strong, lasting partnerships with both our clients and teammates.

We are now looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow by identifying and connecting with potential clients on Upwork and beyond.

Your Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients who match our services (Web development, UI/UX design, maintenance support, full-cycle development).
• Create and send personalized proposals on Upwork.
• Maintain and update our database of prospects.
• Qualify leads before handing them over to the Sales team.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve messaging and targeting strategies.

• Track, measure, and report the results of lead generation campaigns.

   

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in lead generation or sales support (preferably on Upwork or other freelance platforms).
• Strong written English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
• Ability to research clients, understand their needs, and personalize communication.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

   

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Upwork reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of IT outsourcing services.

• Previous experience in web development or UI/UX related industries.
