Senior Product Designer

Specializing in successful startup collaboration, we offer services across e-commerce, Fintech, logistics, and healthcare.
Our client is a technology company focused on supply chain management and procurement optimization. Client`s product simplifies purchasing processes by leveraging modern technology, helping businesses automate supply chains and reduce costs.
Key Requirements:
🔹8+ years of experience, preferably in SaaS companies or startups;
🔹Experience as a Product Designer with a focus on UX and research;
🔹Strong skills in UX/UI design and systems thinking;
🔹Experience with brand and marketing design;
🔹Expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms for complex web B2B SaaS, ERP products;
🔹Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma;
🔹Ability to design landing pages and onboarding flows;
🔹Experienced in running user research and usability tests autonomously;
🔹Fluent in design best practices and have a strong knowledge of user experience standards;
🔹Solid portfolio showcasing product and brand projects, with a focus on UX hierarchy and storytelling;
🔹English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Will be plus:
🔹Experience in procurement or hospitality industries.

🔹This role is all about making sure that client’s not only feel heard but also see their needs reflected in clever designed solutions;
🔹As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll craft intuitive and elegant user experiences that solve real-world problems, all while keeping simplicity at the forefront;
🔹Close collaboration with the development team;
🔹Take full ownership of the design process and lead the project from the design side;
🔹Develop a deep understanding of the project’s goals, requirements, and user needs;
🔹Provide clear, simple, and effective design solutions;
🔹We design quickly, often iterate, and aren’t afraid to push boundaries to ensure our platform stays innovative and user-focused.
