Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning and Image Processing Specialist to join our forward-thinking team. This role demands deep expertise in graphics, including 3D graphics, and a strong background in neural networks and machine learning methods applied to graphics processing. You will lead a team of developers on innovative, high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a development team in the design and implementation of ML algorithms for image and 3D graphics processing
• Build and optimize image processing pipelines and 3D graphics algorithms
• Apply neural networks and advanced ML techniques to improve graphics capabilities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deploy ML solutions
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce software development best practices
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in ML, neural networks, and graphics processing

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python
• Extensive hands-on experience with ML and image processing techniques
• Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Significant background in 3D graphics and related technologies
• Solid understanding of mathematics and linear algebra
• Deep knowledge of neural networks and their applications in graphics
• Proven leadership experience in managing development teams
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing GPU Kernels

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of computer vision methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms and services related to ML and graphics
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
