We’re currently looking for a Middle QA Engineer with a strong focus on mobile application testing to ensure our CRM platform delivers seamless and reliable performance across all devices.
Project Overview
You will contribute to the quality assurance of our Pharmaceutical CRM system—a comprehensive platform designed for managing healthcare professional relationships, tracking multichannel marketing activities, and staying compliant with pharmaceutical regulations. The project spans web and mobile applications, API integrations, and complex data management components, demanding rigorous testing on both desktop and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases, with a focus on mobile application scenarios (Android/iOS)
• Conduct thorough manual testing of mobile and web platform features including functional, regression, usability, exploratory, and device compatibility testing
• Validate mobile UI/UX behavior, responsiveness, and performance under different network and device conditions
• Test and verify mobile and web applications, APIs, and their integrations across platforms
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to report bugs, suggest improvements, and validate fixes
• Ensure the CRM platform aligns with pharmaceutical compliance and mobile usability standards
• Maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including bug reports and test coverage for mobile use cases
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and cross-functional team discussions
• Track and analyze mobile-related quality metrics to improve application performance and reliability
• Ensure secure and compliant handling of mobile data and integrations
Requirements
• 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years of mobile application testing
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and mobile-specific testing techniques
• Hands-on experience with testing CRM platforms or complex mobile/web applications
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile environments, including emulator/simulator usage
• Proficient in REST API testing using Postman and client-server architecture understanding
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and test case management tools
• Basic SQL knowledge for validating backend data
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and test documentation discipline
• Upper-intermediate English for mobile-specific documentation and communication
Nice-to-Have
• Familiarity with mobile automation tools like Appium or Detox
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., GxP)
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Background in performance and security testing on mobile apps
• ISTQB certification or similar
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting mobile web issues
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
