Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

This role is about more than sourcing and screening — it’s about spotting potential, reading between the lines, building trust, and turning conversations into long-term impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
• Practical experience in stuffing for the UA and EU market;
• Skills in working with ATS/HRM, Asana and Google Sheets;
• Multitasking, self-organizational and team player abilities;
• Initiative: ability to give feedback, report, suggest ideas;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of tech and managers positions;
• Search for employees of different levels in different countries;
• Use Asana and ATS to update the recruitment tracking;
• Conduct first interview, tech interview and offer calls;
• Research and assess the current job market trends in relevant industries;
• Cooperate with teammates and team leader;

Would be a plus

• Basic understanding of the iGaming field;
• Experience in Workable ATS;
• Experience with X-Ray and Boolean search;
• Location - Europe;
• Nice sense of humor.
