Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

This role is about more than sourcing and screening — it’s about spotting potential, reading between the lines, building trust, and turning conversations into long-term impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Practical experience in stuffing for the UA and EU market;
- Skills in working with ATS/HRM, Asana and Google Sheets;
- Multitasking, self-organizational and team player abilities;
- Initiative: ability to give feedback, report, suggest ideas;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment of tech and managers positions;
- Search for employees of different levels in different countries;
- Use Asana and ATS to update the recruitment tracking;
- Conduct first interview, tech interview and offer calls;
- Research and assess the current job market trends in relevant industries;
- Cooperate with teammates and team leader;
Would be a plus
- Basic understanding of the iGaming field;
- Experience in Workable ATS;
- Experience with X-Ray and Boolean search;
- Location - Europe;
- Nice sense of humor.
