Affiliate Manager (SEO / CPA Traffic)

For our company, we are looking for four talented Affiliate Managers to join our growing Affiliate team — two specialists focused on SEO traffic and two on CPA traffic.

🧲 Magnetics is a Ukrainian product marketing agency specialising in UX-UI, front-end, market research, product marketing, media advertising and affiliate marketing.
The company was founded in 2014.


 

✅ Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with partners at different levels.
• Analytical thinking and ability to effectively use analytics for decision-making.
• For SEO direction — knowledge of SEO basics and traffic acquisition strategies.
• For CPA direction — experience working with various types of paid traffic sources and arbitrage strategies.
• Budget and cost management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changes in the industry.

🔥 Responsibilities (depending on the direction):

SEO Direction:

✦ Attracting new partners to develop the affiliate programme.
✦ Analyse SEO sites to determine the most profitable placements and traffic acquisition strategies.
✦ Ongoing communication with affiliates to discuss current and future campaigns.
✦ Performance analysis and strategy optimisation.
✦ Management of creatives (banners, landing pages, etc.).
✦ Budget and commission handling.

CPA Direction:

✦ Attract and onboard affiliates with quality paid traffic sources.
✦ Evaluate and scale traffic sources and affiliate ROI.
✦ Build strong long-term relationships with partners.
✦ Control and optimise budgets, CPL/CPA rates.
✦ Provide affiliates with creative materials and track performance.
