Project Overview
We operate in ed-tech, helping hundreds of thousands of students with academic needs. Our platform offers academic paper writing services, allowing clients to select work types, set requirements, and communicate directly with authors. We’re continuously expanding our product’s functionality to enhance customer experience and improve financial results.
We are looking for you if you have:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in React Native development after graduating from university.
- Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Skilled in writing well-documented, clean, and modular code.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is preferred.
- Knowledge of native iOS and Android development is a plus.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a React Native design system in collaboration with designers, keeping scalability in mind.
- Rewrite the existing system and develop new, high-quality React Native applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Help maintain code quality and automation processes.
- Mentor other developers.

Working conditions
-Work life balance and flexible working hours (start of the day from 9:00 to 11:00 and 8 working hours + 1-hour lunch)
-Payment of income in USD every 1 of the month
-Compensation of trainings / courses up to 100%
-English Classes (up to 80 USD/month after successfully completing the probation period)
-Sports activities compensation (up to 80 USD/month after successfully completing the probation period).
⁃Medical insurance (50% after successful completion of the probation period) or $200 a year for health care.

-Do you have an office that works in the absence of light?
Yes, of course! Our office is equipped with everything necessary, ensuring uninterrupted work, even during blackouts.
-Can I work remotely from another country?
Yes. We understand the importance of being safe.
-Do you cooperate with Russia and its citizens?
No. Our company was founded in 2014, and even then, we understood that Russia is an aggressor country, and we do not want to have any relations with it.
Hiring process:
