What You’ll Do as a Senior Developer:

• Work on complex frontend tasks, including RTC, WebSockets, Graphs, and Grids.
• Guide the team through technical product improvements, requirement analysis, and brainstorming sessions.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with product goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial Frontend Development, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Expertise in:
  • HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors.
  • React/Redux and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • REST API Integration Experience
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and Ant Design.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English at an Intermediate level or higher.

It’s Nice to Have:

• Experience with WebSockets, and WebRTC integrations.
• PDF Generation Experience
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA (including Tempo and Pivot Table) and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile SDLC environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, e.g., CodeBuild/CodePipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing development and support of the product solution - inside of the assigned scope in terms of API for: (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, and Integrations)
• Participate in Deployments, HotFixes, Integrations, Backups, and Migration activities
• Work with Product Technical Improvements and Participate in the requirements and product brainstorms
• Provide ongoing Technical Support for the Product Customers

Required skills:

• From 7+ years of experience in Backend Development
• Git with advanced branching strategies knowledge
• PHP8+, Symfony 5+
• REST API Experience
• MariaDB (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or any other RDBMS with an advanced SQL level including performance optimization skills.
• Redis
• AMQP and MicroServices
• Docker and Docker Compose + Orchestration Tools (ECS or Kubernetes) - at least advanced user-level
• Advanced bash and Linux experience
• Third-Party API Integration Experience
• Import/Export Integration Systems and Technologies
• A fast and avid learner of any new technologies and techniques/approaches
• English upper-intermediate level or higher

Nice to have:

• ErrorManagement System e.g. Sentry
• Log Management System e.g. CloudWatch, ELK., etc.
• node.JS with AWS Lambda
• Experience with Data-Driven project/product Decisions and extensive experience in reports
• JIRA (with Tempo and Pivot Table), Confluence
• Knowledge of Agile-Family SDLC
• Be familiar with the LEAN Startup Approach
• AWS Basic Knowledge (Part of services that we are using: S3, SFTP, CloudFront, ECS, ECR, EC2, LoadBalancer, Firewalls, IAM/Policy, SQS, SNS, PinPoint, Route53, etc.)
• CI/CD e.g AWS CodePipeline or another (Including manual creation of pipelines)
