  • Build and validate no-code Proofs of Concept (using tools like n8n or Make) to automate core business processes in sales, writing, and support using AI agents.
  • Design and run experiments to improve conversion rates, retention, and LTV through user research and hypothesis testing.
  • Conduct qualitative research using AI tools — analyze session recordings, chats, interviews, and competitor benchmarks to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Support, Writers, and Sales to implement impactful product changes.
  • Maintain and prioritize a hypothesis backlog using frameworks like RICE. Deliver clear, actionable technical specs for developers, analysts, and copywriters.

Key Competencies
Must-Have:
 

  • Proficiency in writing effective AI prompts
  • Experience conducting deep AI-assisted research
  • Ability to analyze qualitative data manually and with AI tools (session recordings, chat logs, etc.)
  • Skilled in generating and prioritizing hypotheses using frameworks like RICE
  • Strong grasp of the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodology
  • Ability to write detailed technical tasks for developers, analysts, designers, and copywriters

Nice-to-Have:
 

  • Experience creating automations in n8n, Make, or Zapier
  • Ability to design and deploy AI agents
