Senior Python Developer (AI, Gen AI, NLP, LLM) Offline

We’re looking for a skilled Python developer who’s passionate about building real-world AI products. If you have solid production experience and a deep understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, and model fine-tuning, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re building:
We’re creating an AI platform that turns complex customer feedback into simple, actionable insights. By integrating with every feedback channel — including voice — and supporting many languages, our platform helps companies resolve issues faster, make better decisions, and elevate the customer experience.
 

What you’ll work on:

• Designing and building scalable Python-based services and AI workflows
• Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases
• Working with agentic AI applications and automating complex feedback analysis
• Collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers to ship impactful features
   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience working with Python in a production environment
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
• Practical experience in fine-tuning LLMs or building LLM-powered tools
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher)
• Background or experience in Data Science or Machine Learning is a strong plus
