Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment;
Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles;
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and set clear priorities;
Proactive sourcing skills and a creative approach to talent acquisition;
Experience working with candidates from Ukraine, Europe and the US;
Bonus: existing database of candidates;
English proficiency: B1 level or higher;
Residing in Europe is a plus.
