Backend Support Engineer (Laravel, Lumen, Yii2) — Night Shift (UA time)

Yellow Media Inc. is looking for a Backend Support Engineer to join our growing support team!
This is not a DevOps or Frontend role — we’re specifically looking for a Backend developer to support our web applications during the evening shift (17:00–01:00 UA time).
 

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Handle tickets and requests related specifically to backend functionality (Laravel/Lumen, Yii2);
• Investigate bugs, backend logic, and reproduce and document issues;
• Work closely with the DevOps team to resolve incidents quickly and effectively;
• Ensure smooth operation of our web platforms and deliver excellent user support.
   

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience supporting web applications from the backend side;
• Solid knowledge of web architecture and experience with PHP (Laravel/Lumen AND Yii2);
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (experience with Vue.js is a plus);
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   

🕐 Work Schedule:

• Evening shift: 17:00 to 01:00 UA time, fully remote.
