Project Manager (for Devops team)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our DevOps team, which supports thousands of clients worldwide.

Key tasks:

• Plan and coordinate all development activities (Jira Software).
• Administer and maintain Jira, efficiently managing the backlog and prioritizing tasks.
• Respond to and coordinate incident resolution, analyze and improve monitoring and support processes.
• Organize and maintain project and technical documentation in Confluence, ensuring it is up-to-date and well-structured.
• Define feature scope and release priorities based on business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders, clients, and developers.
• Continuously improve development processes and implement DevOps best practices, including integrating incident management to streamline response and recovery.

Your background:

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong process management skills, including setup, optimization of processes, change management, and workflow improvement.
• Ability to effectively formulate technical requirements and explain them to the team.
• Experience with Jira (configuration, administration, support) and Confluence.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Incident management experience.
