Head of Analytics / Team Lead Analytics (iGaming)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and forecast traffic profitability, ROI, and revenue channels.
• Analyze user behavior and develop predictive models (LTV, cohorts, etc.).
• Set up and manage marketing analytics (GTM, GA4, BigQuery) and data integration.
• Develop BI reporting and dashboards in Tableau.
• Lead the analytics team, collaborate with marketing and product departments.
• Automate data collection and processing, implement best analytics practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in analytics, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in iGaming and familiarity with SoftSwiss, SpinFest, EasyRocket.
• Proficiency in GTM, GA4, BigQuery, and BI tools (Tableau, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, experience in predictive modeling and data optimization.
• Leadership and communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams.
