Financial Manager Offline

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our team at Weltrade. In this role, you’ll be a key player in managing and analyzing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting business decisions with solid financial data.

Requirements

— 1+ year of experience in a financial or accounting role;
— Solid understanding of financial statements and reconciliation processes;
— Familiarity with CRM systems and payment platforms;
— Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
— Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

— P&L, Balance, Cash Flow — preparation and analysis;
— Reconciliations with payment systems and banks;
— Control of transactions in internal CRM and in bank / PSP back office;
— Work with back office of banks and payment systems;
— Budget control;
— Prepare reports upon request

Working terms

— Probation period: 3 months
— Annual Leave: 20 working days
— Sick Leave: 10 working days annually
— Family Emergency: 3 working days annually
— Birthday day off: 1 working day annually
— Ukrainian Public Holidays
