Accountant Offline

We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team and support daily operations with precision and structure.
This role involves working with timechecks, daily marketing expense reports, exchange rate updates, and staff activity reports. You’ll also be responsible for allocating bank statements and preparing various ad hoc reports.

Main Responsibilities:

- Processing of employees timecheck (employees tasks data)

- Preparing daily reports on marketing expenses

- Daily updating exchange rates

- Preparing reports on staff turnover, vacations, sick leaves

- Allocating banks statements to expenses types and projects

- Ad hoc reports and tasks from Financial team

Professional Qualifications:

- 1+ year of experience

- Diploma and/or BSc (or higher) in Accounting and Finance or in a related field

- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google docs

- Attention to details

- English upper-intermediate, Ukrainian
