Jr. IT Project Manager (GenAI) Offline
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage the execution of multiple AI and automation projects. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment and knows how to keep teams aligned, clients informed, and projects moving smoothly.
You should have at least 1 year of experience managing tech projects, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously. You should be able to identify bottlenecks before they become issues, take full ownership of your projects, and keep things running without needing constant oversight. If you’re the kind of person who takes initiative, solves problems on the go, and enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving work - you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish - from planning to delivery and support
- Track tasks, timelines, and team effort to keep everything running smoothly
- Coordinate the development team and help plan their workload
- Keep stakeholders in the loop with regular updates and clear communication
- Spot and manage risks early to avoid surprises
Maintain project documentation and support process improvements
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry
- Experience working in outsourcing or agency environments
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Solid understanding of GenAI, or experience working with AI and/or automation projects
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Experience creating project documentation
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Proactive decision-maker with solid problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
