Customer
The client supports IT solution providers in scaling their cloud operations through SaaS tools and a platform designed for smooth migration, data backup, and customer management.
Project
Your main task will be to work with an extensive lead database in HubSpot — validating company types (e.g., identifying MSPs) and verifying contact information to keep data accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot or MS Dynamics)
- Strong research and data validation skills
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Basic understanding of the IT industry and MSP operations
- Familiarity with Jira and willingness to grow in this area
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities
- Validate company type (MSP or end-user) based on provided criteria
- Research and verify contact information using open sources
- Add and update verified data in HubSpot
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of data entry in CRM
- Apply appropriate tags, comments, and checkboxes in HubSpot according to guidelines
- Continuously update and refine the lead database as new contacts appear
