Customer Success and QA Coordinator
🌟 Job Opening: Customer Success & QA Coordinator (Junior–Mid)
📍 Format: Remote | Full-time
Allpass.ai is a fast-growing startup delivering cutting-edge automated KYC/AML solutions that help businesses worldwide automate and optimize digital identity verification processes.
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented teammate who can support customers during onboarding, manage QA workflows, and keep the dev team in sync.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
• Support clients during product integration and onboarding
• Answer customer questions via chat or email
• Collect, reproduce, and document bugs in Trello
• Manually test new features and updates before release
• Gather customer feedback and structure it for the dev team
• Maintain and update the Trello development board
• Write clear and concise release notes for internal and external use
• Coordinate with the dev team on sprints, releases, and current scope of work
👤 We’re looking for someone who:
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Has experience communicating with customers (support, success, onboarding, etc.)
• Understands how web products work (basic grasp of bugs, layouts, APIs, etc.)
• Has experience with Trello or similar task/project tools
• Can work independently and navigate new features with minimal guidance
• Has good written English (especially if supporting international users)
🌱 Bonus points if you:
• Have worked in an early-stage startup environment (b2b Saas)
• Have experience writing release notes or user-facing documentation
• Know tools like Notion, Slack, Trello, etc.
• Have experience in manual QA or testing
