Social Media Manager (Community, Content)

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to build and engage our brand and founder channels across Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts. You’ll ensure a steady stream of high‑quality posts, spark conversations and track results — always in lockstep with our design and content teams.
 

Key requirements

  • Proven experience managing personal or corporate social accounts
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience tone and content strategy
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to craft headlines, storytelling hooks and CTAs
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and maintain a content calendar under shifting priorities
  • English fluency is a plus (LinkedIn and English-written content)
     

Main responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and publish posts, Stories and short‑form videos
  • Collaborate on copywriting, headlines and narrative frameworks
  • Maintain and optimize a content calendar with clear themes and formats
  • Monitor comments, DMs and community threads; drive engagement and timely responses
  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, subscriber growth) and deliver weekly reports
