💼 What You’ll Do
Own and execute lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI across various outbound channels.
Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Buyer Personas to target high-converting prospects.
Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, and LinkedHelper to build, manage, and optimize outreach campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and seamless handover processes.
Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, channels, and outreach sequences.
Analyze lead funnel metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, engagement) and continuously improve based on insights.
Design and iterate multi-channel lead generation strategies—from email to social to cold outreach.
✅ What You Bring
1+ years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing.
Proven ability to drive qualified leads and deliver measurable results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (a must).
Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and buyer behavior.
Practical experience with outreach automation and CRM platforms.
Data-savvy mindset—you’re comfortable with KPIs, conversion tracking, and campaign analysis.
