AI/ML Engineer Offline

🔎We are looking for an  AI/ML Engineer with excellent communication skills in English. You will work in a collaborative environment, focusing on scalable and high-performance models while ensuring security and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define project requirements and objectives for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Adopt, fine-tune, and optimize generative AI models and algorithms to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency
• Engage in continuous research to stay abreast of the latest developments in generative AI, LLMs, and deep learning techniques, identifying opportunities for their integration into products and services
• Generate documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to effectively communicate intricate AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to the establishment of organizational best practices and standards for the development of generative AI
• Demonstrate an understanding of business and product aspects, and generate product ideas leveraging AI technologies to create business value
• Investigate the practical application of generative AI/LLMs through pet projects and PoCs, exploring ready-to-go products, and discussing the output

Requirements:
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and generative models
• 3+ years of experience in commercial development, preferably in Python
• Familiarity with concepts such as prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, multi-stage reasoning, RAG, and MLOps, with practical experience in some of these areas
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Conversational English level (B2+)
• Passion for emerging AI tech, LLMs, and generative AI, with an interest in their potential impact on product development

Nice to have:
• Previous experience in data processing and ML model development
• Experience building ML/AI-powered solutions using available services, tools, and/or bespoke ML models/solutions
• Active participation in the growing AI community through webinars, events, and meetups, or an interest in becoming active
• Some front-end experience building simple UIs to demonstrate solutions end-to-end or a willingness to gain such experience
• Interest in developing a personal brand through participation in content creation in collaboration with marketing & AI Lab
