What we expect:
- Experience in agencies and e-commerce is necessary;
- High level of English (Strong written and verbal communication skills;);
- Experience in effective team management;
- Strong networking and relationship building skills;
- Experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, Meta Ads, TikTok and other social media channels;
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients;
- Problem solving skills and adaptability to new tools and platforms;
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making and team management skills;
- Experience in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies;
- Managing a team to achieve goals;
- Ability to multitask;
- Problem solving skills;
- Understanding of the principles of e-commerce marketplaces and sales dynamics on marketplaces;

- Experience with Amazon will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to achieve the project’s strategic goals;
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies;
- Plan activities and resources to achieve the set development and improvement goals;
- Working directly with projects, as well as preparing regular reports for clients;
- Communicate and strengthen relationships with the clients, identify the client’s needs;
- Plan activities and resources to achieve the set development and improvement goals;
- Manage reports and necessary documentation;
- Monitor overall progress and use of resources and initiate corrective action where necessary;
- Propose and implement innovative ideas and strategies to enhance online brand presence and drive consumer engagement;
- Participate in the development and implementation of brand strategies that meet the company's overall marketing goals;
- Utilize the best marketing and product promotion tools;
- Participate in the development and successful implementation of communication and marketing strategies for the product to achieve ROI and ROMI-based KPIs;
- Increase customer lifetime value (LTV);
