What we expect:
- Experience in creating and promoting content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social networks.
- Understanding of the principles of marketing channels and the ability to build funnels using different types of content (posts, videos, quizzes, surveys).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and generate interest.
- Awareness of the unique features of each platform and the differences in approaches and tools.
- Creativity and the ability to create compelling, complex texts.
- Knowledge of AI-based tools for content creation, localization and proofreading.
- Ability to manage and organize a team to work on projects.
- Be able to find and engage UGC creators, video makers, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content strategy on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social networks.
- Create, proofread, and polish engaging and concise ingame texts (including, but not limited to, locations and items descriptions, player instructions, and events).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with app milestones and user engagement strategies.
- Working with the audience: responding to comments, questions, and creating active communication.
- Analyze the effectiveness of content, use analytics to optimize and improve results.
- Search for new ideas to engage the audience and grow subscribers.
- Monitoring trends and new formats in social media and adapting them for the brand.
- Preparation of reports with the results of work in social networks (coverage, engagement, conversions).
- Maintaining the brand’s image through social media.
- Generating ideas for advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, etc. and then implementing them.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current creatives and develop strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with UGC creators to create effective content.
- Search for new tools and approaches to improve the creative process and ensure the best results.
- Analyze competitors, the market, and trends to continuously improve content strategies.
- Experience with Tik-Tok Shop is required.

What we expect:
- 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing / Sales.
- Upper intermediate English — because for most of our clients, it is their native language, and you will need to make calls with them.
- Knowledge of lead generation (email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).
- Practical experience in using personalized prospecting methods, such as cold emails and searching through various social media (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good understanding of outbound channels and strategies.
- Ability to research, analyze, and structure information.
- Ability to deeply understand a client’s profile, talk to them about their needs or help them understand them, and build long-term relationships.
