Project Manager Offline

Meest Poshta the national postal operator of Ukraine is looking for a Project Manager to join our team! If you know how to build effective Scrum processes, inspire the team to achieve results, and are not afraid to take responsibility, then this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Building and managing development processes using the Scrum methodology;
• Evaluation of tasks in Story Points and product backlog management;
• Organizing and conducting grooming sessions, planning sprints, sprint reviews and retrospectives;
• Coordinate and control the execution of tasks with the development team and business analyst;
• Work with team motivation, ensuring a productive atmosphere and effective work;
• Formation and maintenance of the correct structure of the Delivery phase of the project;
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency of the process.

Hard skills:

• Experience: 2+ year as a PM in IT;
• Team management skills of at least 5 people;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence tools;
• Innovative and result-oriented thinking.

Soft skills:

• Ability to take responsibility for the projects and decision-making;
• Advanced organizational skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks correctly;
• Developed communication skills to interact with the team and business analyst;
• Ability to work with team motivation and efficiency.
