We are looking for a 🚀 Outbound Lead Generation Specialist 🚀 who will be responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process by proactively reaching out to potential clients and securing appointments for the sales team. This role requires a strong ability to identify, engage, and qualify prospects, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Outreach. Execute daily outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to identify and engage with potential clients. Focus on key decision-makers within the target market.
• Appointment Scheduling. Successfully secure appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team. Ensure that each appointment is well-qualified, with prospects meeting the criteria outlined by the sales leadership team.
• Script Development and Refinement. Collaborate with the team to develop and refine outreach scripts and messaging to improve engagement rates and appointment-setting success. Tailor messaging to the needs and pain points of different target audiences.
• Lead Qualification. Conduct initial needs assessments to determine prospect fit and readiness to engage in the sales process. Use predefined qualification criteria to ensure leads are appropriately vetted before setting appointments.
• Service Knowledge and Market Research. Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects. Conduct thorough market research to identify new target markets, potential leads, and industry trends.
• Continuous Improvement. Stay informed of competitive landscapes and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in leadgen outreach/outbound appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales, with a focus on B2B, in the tech/IT/SaaS industry. Proven track record in prospecting, qualifying leads, and successfully setting appointments with qualified leads.
• Excellent English Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects quickly. Confident in articulating value propositions and handling objections.
• Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade and influence prospects, guiding them toward setting an appointment with the sales team. Confident in overcoming objections and handling difficult conversations.
• Market Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed market research to identify and target potential leads. Experience in developing lead lists and aligning them with the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
• A/B Testing and Campaign Optimization: Experience in A/B testing and optimizing outbound campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
