Role Overview: We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee our mobile app development projects. You'll coordinate team efforts, manage client communications, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple mobile app development projects
- Coordinate between developers, designers, and clients to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals
- Track project milestones and deadlines using project management tools
- Identify and mitigate risks before they impact project timelines
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders
- Document project requirements and ensure they're properly implemented
- Optimize project workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Manage project scope and handle change requests effectively
- Perform necessary minimum product testing and quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in mobile app development
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- English level: B1-B2 or higher
- Basic understanding of mobile app development processes is a plus
- Basic product testing and quality verification skills
Schedule & Compensation:
- Workload: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible, ideally within standard working hours (no micromanagement)
- Compensation: $900–$1,500/month (based on experience)
- Type: Full-time contractor (remote)
