Salesforce Administrator with Marketing Cloud
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working within the Salesforce Ecosystem
- Proficiency in Service Cloud
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud
- Expertise in Campaigns, Email, and SMS Marketing
- English level: from upper-intermediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently design, implement, and maintain innovative solutions leveraging Marketing Cloud, seamlessly integrated with Service Cloud
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on email and SMS outreach, to drive customer engagement and retention
- Configure and optimize automated customer journeys through Journey Builder, ensuring efficient and impactful communication
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, aligning business goals with technical solutions
Will be plus:
- Salesforce Administration Certification
- Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification
