Salesforce Administrator with Marketing Cloud

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working within the Salesforce Ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Service Cloud
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud
  • Expertise in Campaigns, Email, and SMS Marketing
  • English level: from upper-intermediate


Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently design, implement, and maintain innovative solutions leveraging Marketing Cloud, seamlessly integrated with Service Cloud
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on email and SMS outreach, to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Configure and optimize automated customer journeys through Journey Builder, ensuring efficient and impactful communication
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, aligning business goals with technical solutions

Will be plus:

  • Salesforce Administration Certification
  • Service Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification
