Lead generation manager (Upwork and LinkedIn) to $1400

About Us:
Techlexity is a team of engineers, designers, and managers building high-quality web and mobile products for global clients. We specialize in outsourcing and are expanding our lead generation team to attract new B2B clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Manager with strong experience in cold outreach, Upwork, and LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients — from prospecting and outreach to qualifying warm leads. The sales calls and final deal closure will be handled by the founder, but your role is critical in feeding the pipeline.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and build lead lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Conduct cold outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, Upwork, and email
• Write personalized messages and adjust outreach templates for different segments
• Search and bid on Upwork jobs (manual + via Gigradar)
• Qualify leads and pass warm prospects to the sales team
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure all lead data is up to date
• Monitor outreach performance, test new strategies, and suggest improvements
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in lead generation or SDR role within outsourcing / outstaffing companies
• Hands-on experience with Upwork (must-have)
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting (must-have)
• Strong understanding of outbound sales funnels and B2B communication
• Good written English (B2+ level) — you’ll be handling client conversations
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage outreach cycles
Nice to Have:
• Experience using Gigradar for Upwork automation (or willingness to learn it quickly)
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive, Notion)
• Familiarity with cold email tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, etc.
