Lead Generation Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and curious Lead Generation Specialist to help fuel our sales pipeline and support our business growth.
Your main goal? Find the right people and start meaningful conversations.
You’ll be researching potential clients, crafting personalised outreach messages, and working closely with the Sales Manager and CEO to bring in new business opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in lead generation or sales and a strong desire to grow in B2B tech and services.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential B2B clients across LinkedIn, Upwork, databases, and other platforms
- Craft and send personalised outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and Upwork
- Track and update communication statuses in our CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine ideal customer profiles and targeting strategies
- Run small-scale A/B tests of messaging and outreach tactics
- Assist in organising lead lists and weekly progress reports
Constantly learn and iterate on your approach based on feedback and results
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ year of experience in lead generation, SDR, or similar roles
- Solid communication and written English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Understanding of B2B sales and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Snov.io, or a willingness to master them
- Ability to analyze target audiences and tailor outreach accordingly
- Organised, responsible, and result-oriented
- Completion of relevant courses or certifications is a strong plus
