Technical Support Manager Offline

Responsibilities:

  1. Processing incoming requests to create advertising links and their setup:
    • Purchasing and configuring domains / Cloudflare
    • Setting up advertising campaigns in the tracker and at the cloaking service level
    • Working with GitLab: deploying websites according to manuals and generating advertising links in the tracker
    • Sending a test lead and verifying the target page opens correctly
  2. Checking integration before actual campaign launch (CRM – cloaker – tracker)
  3. Checking link functionality – including domain and server activity
  4. Maintaining records of technical resources used for launches:
    • Tracking white-labels/servers/domains/Cloudflare
    • Purchasing or creating backup accounts for hosting/domain providers
    • Keeping tech resource usage up to date, and timely deletion of inactive ones
  5. Handling incoming requests from the buying team, trobleshooting and problems solving on the fly
    (e.g., landing/server replacement, checking clicks and events in cloaker and tracker etc.)

 

Requirements:

  1. Experience with hosting providers, domain providers, CDN (e.g., Cloudflare): domain purchases, NS/DNS record configuration
  2. Experience setting up SSL certificates
  3. Familiarity with trackers (Binom, Keitaro, Voluum, etc.) and cloaking services (Palladium, Adspect, JustClo, etc.)
  4. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  5. Analytical mindset, structured approach
  6. Ability to independently solve problems and willingness to learn
