System Administrator/DevOps to $4000

We are a product-driven company creating high-performance platforms in the iGaming sector. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a System Administrator with strong Linux expertise to join our Warsaw-based team. This is a full-time, on-site position with a long-term outlook and professional development opportunities.

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable professional who will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure. You will work closely with a technical team, managing systems, automating operations, and supporting mission-critical services in a dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain Linux-based systems (Debian/Ubuntu/RHEL)
• Configure and support services such as NGINX, Postfix, Dovecot, DNS, DHCP, iptables/firewalld
• Manage storage systems and backup strategies (LVM, ZFS, NFS)
• Develop and maintain Bash scripts for automation of routine tasks
• Administer virtualization platforms, including Proxmox clusters, backups, and optionally ESXi / HA setups
• Use Ansible to automate configuration and system deployment
• Handle network infrastructure with a focus on MikroTik (RouterOS):
  • VPN setup and support
  • Static and dynamic routing
  • Firewall configuration and network segmentation

• Provide support for Docker-based services (basic knowledge required)

   

What We Expect From You:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • Core services: NGINX, DNS, DHCP, Postfix/Dovecot, iptables
  • File systems and storage: LVM, ZFS, NFS, backup & recovery
  • Scripting in Bash
• Practical experience with:
  • Proxmox (including clustering and backup configurations)
  • Docker (general understanding and use)
  • MikroTik (RouterOS) — VPNs, routing, firewalling, and diagnostics
• Experience using Ansible for infrastructure automation

• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a high level of ownership in your work
