Senior VoIP Engineer

We are looking for a mature candidate for the position of Advanced VoIP Engineer to join a project with a Ukrainian telecom operator.

Requirements:

• Administration and operation: SBC (vSBC) (A-SBC / I-SBC).
• Administration and operation: Linux (cockpit / iptables / KVM / updates).
• VoIP protocols: SIP/SIP-I/SIP-T.
• Number matching and translation rules (Oracle HMR will be a plus).
• Support for telephony networks - L1/L2 support.
• Studying emerging problems in the laboratory. PoC creation.
• Knowledge of scripting languages.
• Knowledge of PBX systems.
• Writing technical project documentation
• Understanding Security and protection: IPSEC / TLS / SRTP / DDOS
• CCNP/CCSP level will be a plus.
• Acme Packet (Oracle) knowledge will be a plus
• Technical English (writing, reading)

Responsibilities:

• Participation in implementation and migration projects.
• Audit of existing solutions.
• Preparation of HLD/LLD/NMP/ATP technical project documentation.
• Participation in technical meetings with the Customer.
• Maintenance and support during and after implementation. 
• Responding to Customers' support requests and resolving them in coordination with vendors.
• Creation of PoCs to test technical solutions and concepts.
• Participation in pre-sale activities in the VoIP domain. 
• Passing the necessary exams to maintain partner status.
• Reporting on work done and current tasks.
