We are looking for a candidate for the Business Analyst position to join a foreign telecom operator project.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of the business needs of the internal/external customer, taking into account possible limitations and developing the solution architecture
• Expert evaluation of the customer’s project documentation (briefs, concepts, etc.)
• Agreement of requirements between the internal/external customer and other parties to the process
• Design of technical solutions and managing their life cycle
• Modeling of business processes and developing a solution model
• Planning and organizing testing of solutions by the customer
• Preparation of technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements), user instructions

• Preparation of orders within the company for performing work on IT platforms

   

Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience as a business or system analyst in IT projects for at least 5 years
• Experience in telecom with Billing, Online Charging, Order Management systems
• Understanding REST architecture, basics of DBMS
• Professional knowledge of UML notation
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence
• Basic skills in working with SQL queries
• Analytical thinking, ability to formalize and document business requirements within the framework of a project/task
• Upper Intermediate or Advanced English level

Requirements:

— Maintain High-load and High-availability infrastructure

— Analyze service infrastructure needs and its justification

— Performance monitoring

— Write and update scripts

— Dokerizing Applications

— Automate routine DevOps activities

— Work with central log aggregation, log monitoring and alerting: collect logs, store logs, build dashboards, configure alerting

— Operate and maintain production environments

— Help developers to debug problems

Essential professional experience:

— 3+ years of relevant experience in DevOps role

— Good knowledge of container tooling and orchestration technologies (docker-compose)

— Good experience with Linux

— Experience with version control systems (Git);

— Experience with setting up and maintaining monitoring services like Prometheus, Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana

— Good knowledge of scripting

— Experience in managing systems with configuration management (Ansible/Terraform)

— Intermediate English level

Які основні задачі до виконання

• Аналіз бізнес-потреб внутрішнього/зовнішнього замовника, урахування можливих обмежень та розробка архітектури рішення
• Експертне оцінювання проєктної документації замовника (брифи, концепції, інше)
• Узгодження вимог між внутрішнім/зовнішнім замовником та іншими сторонами процесу
• Проєктування технічних рішень та керування їхнім життєвим циклом
• Моделювання бізнес-процесів та розробка моделі рішення
• Планування та організація тестування рішень замовником
• Підготовка технічної документації (функціональні/нефункціональні вимоги), інструкції користувача
• Підготовка наказів всередині компанії для виконання робіт на IT платформах

Яка кваліфікація та досвід необхідні

• Вища освіта
• Досвід роботи на посаді бізнес або системного аналітика в IT проєктах від 2-х років
• Розуміння REST-архітектури, основ СУБД
• Професійне знання нотації UML
• Досвід роботи з Jira, Confluence
• Базові навички роботи з SQL запитами
• Аналітичне мислення, вміння збирати, формалізувати та документувати бізнес-вимоги в рамках проєкту/завдання
• Англійська мова (технічна)

Плюсом стане

• Знання BPMN
• Знання MS Project 
• Досвід роботи з системами типу Billing, DWH та інші
