Senior Social Media Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Social Media Manager to develop and execute a strategic content plan for the CEOβs personal brand across multiple social media platforms, including X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of platform-specific content, storytelling, and audience engagement while ensuring a unique and tailored approach to each channel.
Requirements
β 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on personal branding or executive communications.
β Proven track record of growing and managing high-profile personal or corporate social media accounts.
β Strong knowledge of content trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
β Video editing and post-production skills are a must (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
β Independently generate creative content ideas that align with the CEOβs vision, industry trends, and audience preferences.
β Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms.
β Experience in thought leadership positioning, crafting compelling narratives, and building executive presence online.
β Strong analytical mindset, with experience using social media analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance.
β Excellent communication skills.
β Experience working with C-level executives or high-profile individuals is a plus.
Responsibilities
β Develop and implement a strategic social media plan for the CEOβs personal brand, ensuring a strong and consistent presence across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
β Create, edit, and manage platform-specific content, including short-form videos, carousels, thought leadership posts, interactive stories, and engaging text posts.
β Handle video editing and post-production, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the CEOβs tone and positioning.
β Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging formats, and platform algorithm changes to optimize content reach and engagement.
β Work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to create authentic, thought-provoking, and engaging content that enhances credibility and visibility.
β Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
β Ability to work independently, proactively generating content ideas and executing them.
β Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using analytics tools, continuously refining the strategy based on data-driven insights.
β Engage with the audience, responding to comments, messages, and interactions to foster community growth.
β Collaborate with the internal creative and marketing teams for cross-promotion opportunities and campaign alignment.
Would be a plus
β Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
