Head of Media Buying

What hard skills do you need to have:
- Successful experience in media buying management and successful practical cases of media buying in the gambling vertical (FB or Google)
- Experience in creating and effectively managing a team of media buyers.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills in analyzing advertising campaigns/strategies/offers.
- Hands-on experience in creating ads, banners, and wordpress; and understanding what works, what doesn't, and why.
- Ability to work with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, third-party services) to monitor and evaluate campaign results.
- Knowledge of the specifics and features of the gambling niche, as well as current trends and risks.
- Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to advertising and adapt them to changes in the market.
What you need to do:
- Funnel design: Development and implementation of sales funnels for Google and Facebook aimed at attracting, retaining, and converting customers.
- Strategic planning: Development of media buying strategies to drive traffic from Google, Facebook, and other platforms. Selection of optimal advertising formats (video, carousels, Google Search Ads) to achieve targeted performance.
- Campaign management: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. KPI analysis (CTR, conversions, CPA, CPC, etc.) and operational optimization (bids, audiences, creatives, targeting).
- A/B testing and creatives: A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audiences to determine the most effective solutions.
- Budget planning: Optimal budget allocation, cost control, and ensuring high ROI/ROAS based on test results.
- Analytics and reporting: Using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics to analyze audience behavior and campaign profitability. Preparation of reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Team management: Team coordination, task setting, quality control. Training the team in new tools and strategies to increase efficiency.
