Senior Retention Manager- Tier1, Tier3

As the Retention Manager, you will be responsible for implementing retention
campaigns and deliver targets by overseeing campaign management and strategic planning. This role will help implement retention campaigns using a wide breadth of approaches including email, SMS, push notifications and direct retention.

Requirements:
- Highly numerate with strong analytical ability
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability understanding and diagnosing solutions
- Creative mind set
- Self-driven, and ability to work independently and at pace in a dynamic organisation
- Good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Big plus will be experience in Asian (Vietnam) markets

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies to increase player LTV.

- Create and optimize automated CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app).
- Segment user base and run A/B tests to boost engagement.
- Analyze key retention metrics and deliver regular performance reports.
- Manage bonus strategy and personalized player offers.
