Motion Designer Responsibilities:

  • Work within Unity to create and optimize dynamic, engaging video ads for mobile games.
  • Use AfterEffects to enhance video ads, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with game developers and marketing teams to design high-quality assets for ad campaigns.
  • Balance creativity and performance optimization to elevate the overall visual quality of video ads.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Unity: Comfortable working within Unity to create and modify assets for video ads.
  • Experience with AfterEffects: Strong skills in crafting polished, high-quality video content.
  • Background in mobile game ads: At least 1 year of professional experience in producing ads for games, ideally mobile games.
  • Creative mindset with artistic sensibility, bringing unique visual perspectives to the table.
  • Bonus: You’re an avid mobile gamer with a deep understanding of game mechanics and player psychology.
