Trainee Odoo Project Manager / Business Analyst

Requirements:

- Basic understanding or initial experience with Odoo (ERP system) – even through training or academic projects;

- English – B2 or higher;

- Strong desire to learn and grow in project management and business analysis roles;

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail;

- Willingness to explore business processes and system configurations;

- Interest in project planning, documentation, and working with development teams;

- Communicative, proactive, and open to feedback;

- Basic understanding or motivation to learn UML/BPMN, communication planning, and RACI matrix preparation;

- Ability to work under the support and mentorship of a Project Manager and Delivery Manager;

- Preferred location: Lviv.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation;

- Help investigate basic issues in the Odoo ERP system (with support);

- Learn how to create structured tasks and requirements for developers;

- Support developers in task prioritization and estimation sessions;

- Help coordinate deadlines and scope alignment with the team and clients;

- Participate in risk identification sessions;

- Support setting up team processes (development, QA, documentation flow);

- Gradually learn to configure standard Odoo functionalities;

- Track project progress, developer load, and updates (with oversight);

- Maintain focus on task priority and delivery schedules;

- Join client meetings to observe communication and expectations management;

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and demo materials;

- Learn how to create communication plans, RACI charts, and basic process diagrams.
