Kozak Group is an IT services company specializing in Magento-based eCommerce solutions. Since 2015, we’ve been supporting businesses with tailored development services to help them grow and scale online. As we expand into new international markets, we’re looking for a native Lead Generator who knows the local business culture and can build meaningful connections with potential clients in Europe or North America.

 

❗️Please note: We are specifically looking for candidates who are native to Europe or North America β€” not recent relocators from Ukraine or other regions. Local market understanding, cultural context, and fluent communication style are essential for this role.

 

Your Mission
You’ll be at the forefront of our outreach strategy, identifying high-potential leads in the eCommerce space and setting the stage for strong client relationships. Your insights into local markets and your ability to spark meaningful business conversations will help us grow our presence in Europe and North America.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

βœ… Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Identify businesses looking for Magento development, migration, or support services.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, and niche directories.
  • Develop region-specific outreach strategies based on local market behavior.

 

βœ… Outreach & Engagement

  • Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and relevant industry platforms.
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the Business Development team.
  • Build trust-based conversations that reflect the nuances of your region.

 

βœ… Collaboration & Optimization

  • Align with the Business Development Manager on goals and lead criteria.
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads and track activities.
  • Share feedback on market trends and optimize messaging accordingly.

 

βœ… Performance Monitoring

  • Track outreach results, conversion rates, and adjust strategies for better performance.

 

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
πŸ”Ή Has 3+ years of experience in lead generation or B2B sales within IT or eCommerce.
πŸ”Ή Understands Magento and the eCommerce services ecosystem.
πŸ”Ή Is proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM systems, and automation tools.
πŸ”Ή Speaks English at a professional level (C1+); other European languages are a plus.
πŸ”Ή Is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
πŸ”Ή Is a local resident of Europe or North America (native to the region).
