Outbound LeadGen Manager

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with C-suite as a target audience.
  • 3+ years of experience using LinkedIn as an outbound lead generation channel.
  • Experience in Custom software development, Outsourcing, or IT business domains.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn funnel metrics with the ability to analyze KPIs and reports to track results and derive insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads instruments.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and multi-channel outreach strategies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on LinkedIn key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and channel performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to automate and optimize lead flow and track campaign performance.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies, including crafting compelling connection requests, follow-ups, and messages tailored to client pain points and needs.
  • Continuously refine lead generation strategies through data-driven decision-making.
  • Explore and implement automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
