Are you passionate about Design and Content Creation? Nestlé Business Service is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of our loyal & dynamic team. As Digital Content Specialist you will play a key role in designing and delivering digital learning content across various platforms. 

You are:  

• Experienced with content creation tools: BOOST, Adobe After Effects, Articulate 360 (storyline & Rise) and others; 
• Aware of basic design principles and graphic design software; 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving expert with the ability to think outside the box; 
• Creative and innovative in designing engaging and effective learning content; 
• Person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; 
• Committed to continuous learning and development in terms of latest trends and technologies in content design and creation. 
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher. 

With you we will:  

• Interview requestors, conduct needs analysis and align on vision of expected result; 
• Develop and design e-learning/trainings material/learning path and customized curriculum aligned with brand identity; 
• Execute projects in Agile methodology with high quality and fitting timelines; 
• Foster regular communication and effective collaboration with Corporate stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts withing project duration; 
• Ensure developed learning solution corresponds to expected result; 
• Develop and use business and design insights to optimize content creation process; 
• Explore and implement new tools for creation learnings/learning materials.
