Data Engineer
We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Data Engineer to join our R&D team working with the latest technology.
The ideal candidate is a driven individual, who is not afraid to take on large projects and is excited about honing their development skills.
Required skills
● Knowledge and experience in database development;
● Algorithm coding abilities;
● Proficiency in building ETL processes;
● Experience with various DBMS (MS SQL, SnowFlake, MySQL, Postgres, Azure MS SQL — ranked by skill importance);
● Experience in ETL with SSIS and a strong interest in other pipeline tools like Dugster or Airflow;
● Understanding of BI tools (Microstrategy, MS OLAP, Tableau);
● Git proficiency, including working with branches;
● Experience with Jenkins;
● Basic skills in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting;
● Understanding of Agile methodologies;
● Experience with Jira;
● Cloud experience (understanding the differences between MS SQL on VM and as a service, and knowledge of serverless concepts);
● Data modeling experience;
● English — Intermediate level or higher.

● Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
