We are now looking for a Pricing Manager to ensure the highest possible pricing support and drive customers' progress in the pricing journey.

What you will do:

• Support customer's pricing teams during their lifecycle at Competera.
• Gain, maintain and share knowledge about customer pricing process and needs.
• Recommend improvements in customers' pricing process based on best practices.
• Work with the project team on solution requirements.
• Design AB tests with the project team.
• Configure pricing platform UI based on customer's needs.
• Train end users to use the solution effectively.
• Proactively work with users on product adoption to maximize value.
• Tactical pricing support for end users.
• Analyze pricing results.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews.
• Perform additional analytics upon request.
• Work with the product team around backlog and new feature releases.

Starter-kit needed to join the board:

• 5+ years of pricing experience.
• Knowing product segmentation methodologies and best practices (Nielsen, McKinsey, etc).
• Pricing Analytics: Understanding pricing models and metrics to evaluate and set optimal.
• Financial Modeling: Building and analyzing financial models to understand profitability at different price points.
• Elasticity Analysis: Understanding how demand changes with price fluctuations, often called price elasticity of demand.
• Product Segmentation: Ability to identify and categorize different product segments and their performance.
• Promotion and Discount Strategy: Knowledge of how discounts, promotions, and rebates affect sales and profit margins.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Understanding how a product's price may need to change as it moves through its lifecycle from introduction to decline.
• Econometrics: Applying statistical methods to economic data to give empirical content to economic relationships.

• Be responsible for DS-ML-related solutions developed by all Service and Delivery(SnD) squads: maintenance and improvement of existing solutions; design, development, and implementation of new solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for other SnD DSs.
• Test developed algorithms, work with the SnD team within UAT, adapt, and reach DOD and DOR.
• Verify key tasks done by SnD DS, such as model training and AB test design.
• Conduct code reviews for DS-ML-related solutions.
• Automate DS work in SnD.Develop data requirements for SnD implementation projects.
• Cooperate with IM and DE to achieve and maintain the optimal dataset configuration according to DS-ML needs.
• Measure solution stability, quality, and effectiveness; transparently communicate the current state of things to other roles/teams, and suggest and implement improvements.

You have:
 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
• Strong Python skills, capable of writing modular and readable code for experiments and prototypes.
• A solid mathematical background, preferably in a Computer Science-related field.
• Proficiency in the scientific Python toolkit, including NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and either Keras/TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Time Series Forecasting approaches.
• Experience in statistical testing methodologies, including A/B testing.
• At least 3 years of experience working with tabular and mixed (multimodal) data (e.g., tabular data combined with text, audio, or images).

This role is ideal for a junior-level candidate with basic exposure to system administration tasks.
The candidate should have foundational knowledge in Linux administration, monitoring tools (one of Grafana/Zabbix/Nagios/etc), and hosting panel management.
The candidate should be eager to learn more advanced concepts over time, including deeper Kubernetes and container orchestration knowledge.

• Be primarily responsible for basic system management, monitoring, and first-line technical support for server and infrastructure-related issues,
• Provide first-line technical support just to internal, handling basic troubleshooting of server and system-related issues,

• Handling day-to-day support tasks and user requests, providing timely resolutions, and documenting solutions for future reference.

You have:

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Linux/Unix systems,
