IT Project Manager

Your role is to work closely with our largest clients, ensuring effective communication and the delivery of high-quality services. You will be responsible for enhancing processes, solving challenges, and maintaining excellent working relationships within the team.
 

Required Skills

🔹1.5 + years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager
🔹Upper-intermediate level of English or above (both written and spoken)
🔹Work experience with the U.S. and European companies
🔹Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and their application.
🔹Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or else
🔹 Understanding of SDLC as well as the Project life cycle
🔹Critical thinking and analytical skills
🔹Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and defend decisions
🔹Fearless approach to asking questions and diving deep into any kind of issue
🔹Structured and organized work approach
🔹Great attention to detail
🔹Focus on constant self-improvement and professional growth
 

It will be an advantage

🔹Experience managing teams of 5 or more members
🔹Experience of working with metrics
🔹Background in BA/QA or a related IT field

Responsibilities

🔹Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
🔹Define and facilitate the development workflow
🔹Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting mechanisms.
🔹Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
🔹Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
🔹Ensure projects comply with company processes, quality standards, and industry best practices.
🔹Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, using appropriate verification techniques.
🔹Build and maintain relations with clients that are based on trust transparency
🔹Maintain a balance between the interests of the business and the team
🔹Motivation and building effective teamwork
