ETL Testing Engineer (DWH, Data Validation, Python, SQL) Offline

We are looking for an ETL Testing Engineer to join our team and contribute to the Data Warehouse Evolution Project. This role is critical for ensuring the quality and reliability of ETL processes in a newly developed data warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases, focusing on ETL processes and data validation
• Estimate test efforts, analyze test results, and participate in daily QA activities
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Automate testing processes where possible (Python, Shell scripting)
• Work closely with developers, PMO, and product managers to ensure project timelines
• Contribute to test frameworks, tools, and continuous integration (CI/CD)

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in ETL testing and data validation
• Strong knowledge of SQL (querying, debugging, and validating data)
• Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar)
• Understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) principles and relational databases
• Experience with test automation using Python, Shell, or equivalent
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
